Our team has organized a charity initiative to support children living through war in Ukraine. We have chosen to sell the Victoire No. 076 and donate the money raised to UNICEF for the benefit of Ukrainian children.

All Victoire's members team gathered and joined their efforts to restore a track bicycle that was on display in our showroom. This bike was manufactured in 2013. It is one of the first fixed-gear bikes of Victoire's adventure. Damaged after falling off its display stand, this bike was used for several painting tests.

This bike has been fully restored. The seat stays and top tube have been changed to match our brand's quality requirements. Stainless steel inserts have then been added to the rear dropouts.

This bicycle has been specifically designed for track cycling. It has no brakes or freewheel. Its streamlined and aggressive geometry have been engineered to reach top speeds on the velodrome track.

The frame, fork, and stem of this compact and agile steel bicycle have been handcrafted at the workshop. The very thin diameter of its tubes pays homage to the design of mid-twentieth-century track bicycle.

The frame features a unique characteristic: a wishbone. The two seat stays merge just above the wheel clearance, forming a single tube that extends to the seat tube.

The frame dropouts are an exclusive feature of Victoire. They were used on our early track and polo bikes. They have been modified with brazed stainless steel inserts to prevent paint damage when handling the wheel.

The complexity of the painting is undoubtedly the most remarkable aspect of Victoire No. 076. A series of steps and countless hours have been dedicated to its creation.

Its painting, entirely made by hand, features a two-tone metallic gradient in the colors of the Ukrainian flag. Two shades of blue and a gold tone make up this gradient. A first layer of intermediate varnish, with tone-on-tone glitter inserts, was then applied and subsequently sanded for a matte finish.

The result was enhanced with a terrazzo pattern. For each Victoire project, a portion of the paint was preserved and used to color these fragments, representing each Victoire creation. This is a way to connect our brand history with this charitable initiative.

After completing the pattern, another sanding was done before applying the Victoire logos. To leave room for our tribute to Ukraine, the logos were painted in a subtle metallic gray. A final polishing and a layer of varnish were applied to achieve a polished finish.
